WHO IS INSPIRED OPINIONS?
Inspired Opinions is a Schlesinger Group online community. It is comprised of people like you who are interested in sharing their opinions and views on a variety of topics to help influence the development of technology, food healthcare and much more.
Members of Inspired Opinions participate in research studies in a variety of ways:
- In person at one of our 14 offices across the US
- On the telephone
- Online from a computer anywhere in the world

WHO CAN JOIN?
Anyone 18 years or older is eligible to join. The process is simple and only takes a few minutes. Click Here to become a member.
HOW DO I JOIN?
Click here to go to the registration page where you will be asked a few short questions about yourself. After submitting the questions, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Simply follow the instructions on the confirmation email and you'll be registered and ready to go.
IS THERE A COST FOR JOINING?
CAN MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS JOIN?
Of course! Anyone 18 years or older is eligible to join. You can also earn points for referring friends and family members.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO JOIN?
It will take only a few minutes to become a member. You will be asked to create a personal login and password and provide some basic information about yourself. After submitting your basic information, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Simply follow the instructions on the confirmation email and you'll be registered and ready to go. Once you've registered, we can match your lifestyle and interests to one of the thousands of research studies we conduct each year. HOW DO I UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
It is simple, login into InspiredOpinions and click on the My Profile link. You can update your profile here. When your profile is up-to-date, we can match your lifestyle and interests to one of the thousands of research studies we conduct each year. We will contact you either by email or phone when we find a study that fits you and ask a few questions to see if you qualify. The more information you provide, the better we can match you up with a survey that fits your interests.
HOW CAN I STOP RECEIVING EMAILS FROM YOU?
We appreciate your participation and would like to have you continue your membership with InspiredOpinions. Each email we send contains an easy, automated way for you to discontinue receiving email from us. Simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.
WHAT IS YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IF I WANTED TO ADD YOU TO MY TRUSTED SENDERS?
You will only receive emails from email@example.com. Add this address to your trusted or safe sender list to ensure that you receive opportunities to participate.
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN AN ONLINE SURVEY?
You will receive an email or a telephone call when we find a study that fits you. If you meet the qualifying criteria for a study, you will be asked to participate. Remember to complete your profile information to receive more opportunities.
WHEN I CLICKED ON THE LINK THE SURVEY WAS CLOSED?
For each online survey we conduct there is a specific amount of responses we are looking for. Sometimes we have more responses than expected and reach our quota for a study quickly. In this case, we will close the survey link. We recommend you try to take the survey as soon as possible after receiving notification.
WHY DIDN’T I QUALIFY FOR THE SURVEY?
We conduct thousands of surveys each year and each survey targets different ages, industries, regions and characteristics. We do our very best to match you to the right survey, but in some cases your profile, habits or lifestyle do not match the criteria of the survey you were asked to participate in.
Sometimes we have more responses than expected and reach our quota for the study quickly. We recommend you try to take the survey as soon possible after receiving notification. Remember to keep your profile up to date so we can match you to a study that's right for you.
WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING ANY SURVEYS?
We try to match your lifestyle and interests to one of our research studies. When we find a study that fits your profile we will contact you either by email or phone to see if you qualify. Remember to keep your profile up to date so you receive the maximum amount of opportunities.
Also, make sure the email invitations aren't being placed in your SPAM folder. Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your trusted or safe sender list to ensure the invitations make it into your inbox.
CAN I STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SURVEY AND TAKE IT LATER?
Sometimes, it depends on the survey. Some surveys allow for you to stop and proceed at a later point in time while others do not allow this. There will be instructions within each survey that will let you know if you can finish at a later time.
CAN I CHANGE MY ANSWERS?
Unfortunately most of our surveys will not allow you to go back and change answers to questions. We encourage you to take your time and read each question thoroughly before moving on.
WHY DID I RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM YOU?
If you received an email from InspiredOpinions, your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address to receive communications from us, you have registered with us or otherwise have an existing relationship with us.
HOW IS MY PRIVACY PROTECTED?
WILL YOU SHARE MY INFORMATION WITH OTHER COMPANIES?
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
WHY DO WE ASK FOR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SUCH AS INCOME?
I AM HAVING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND CANNOT ACCESS THE SURVEY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Occasionally we experience some technical difficulties with our online surveys. We recommend that you completely close out of the survey and wait for 60 minutes and then try again. If you continue to experience technical difficulties you can contact us at email@example.com.
WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN NOT VIEW OR HEAR SOME OF THE SURVEY CONTENT?
Sometimes you may not have the appropriate technology to view the project such as a sound card or high speed internet access. We are sorry you are unable to participate in these types of projects but hope that you will consider participating in future studies. We also occasionally experience technical issues on our end. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you're having technical difficulties.
WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING EMAILS FROM YOU?
Many email and Internet Service Providers have SPAM protection in place to ensure you receive communications from only trusted sites. This may prevent some or any of our email invitations reaching you. To make sure you receive our survey invitations please add email@example.com to your list of trusted senders.
DO I GET PAID FOR PARTICIPATING?
Yes. You can earn Opinion Reward points for participating in our research studies. These points can be redeemed for a reward. To view reward options click the "Rewards" link on your dashboard.
HOW DO I EARN OPINION REWARD POINTS?
You can earn Opinion Reward points in a variety of ways, such as:
- Registration to the InspiredOpinions community
- Survey participation
- Profile Screeners and Personal Updates
HOW DO I REDEEM OPINION REWARD POINTS?
You control when and how you want to redeem your Opinion Rewards points. Once you have accumulated enough Opinion Rewards, you can redeem them for a number of fantastic rewards in denominations ranging from £5 to £100. Feel free to save up or spend your points as you see fit!
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO RECEIVE OPINION REWARD POINTS?
Not at all! All costs for the Opinion Reward points are covered by the InspiredOpinions. There are no hidden costs or fees. You do not have to pay anything to receive or redeem your reward points.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY INCENTIVE
If there is a case where you have not received a reward or have not been rewarded the correct amount, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will correct the situation as quickly as possible. Based on the nature of some studies, please allow for up to four weeks for your earned points to show in your membership account.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Your points will not expire as long as you remain an active member of InspiredOpinions. Your points will remain valid as long as you participate at least once a year.
WHAT IS THE VALUE OF A POINT?
100 Opinion Reward points have a value of £1
1,000 Opinion Reward points have a value of £10, and so on.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Opinion Reward points can be redeemed once you reach 1,000 points. Reward points must be redeemed online. In order to redeem your points you must have a valid InspiredOpinions account. Simply click on the Redeem link once you've logged into your account and you will be able to select your reward and the denomination of that reward.
HOW DO I SEE HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE?
Your point balance can be viewed on the dashboard page. Simply login to InspiredOpinions and you will be taken directly to the dashboard page where you can view your point balance. Reminder: please allow up to four weeks for earned points to show up in your account.
